摘要
目的比校当代正常中国人体表面积实测值与以Ｓｔｅｖｅｎｓｏｎ公式计算体表面积的差异，并探讨当代中国人体表面积公式．方法．用棉纤维纸粘贴法时４０例（男女各２０例）正常人体表面积进行实际测量，用ＩＢＭ－３８６计算机以ＳＰＳＳ／ＰＣ＋软件包进行回归分析．结果当代国人体表面积实测值与Ｓｔｅｖｅｎｓｏｎ公式计算值分别为１．７０２４±０．１５４７ｍ５２和１．５６３９±０．１４０９ｍ２（ｔ＝２．９４６８，Ｐ＜０．００５），二者之间有极显著性差异．据实测值推得国人体表面积回归方程为：体表面积＝０．００７１×身高＋０．０１３３×体重－０．１９７１．结论Ｓｔｅｖｅｎｓｏｎ公式已不适用于当代国人体表面积推算．
Objectives To study on calulating formula of body surface area that is suited to modern Chinese.Methods The surface area of 40 cases (20 males, 20 females) were exactly measured with the method of sticking paper to skin, and the results regression analysis was formed with SPSS/ PC+ programme in computer.Results The actual value of body surface area was 1.7024±0. 1547m2, and the calculated value of body surface area by stevenson was 1. 5639±0. 1409m2 in Chinese.There were marked differences between value of the body surface area measured and that calculated and with Stevenson fomula (P<0. 005), The regression equation of caleulating body surface area was body surface area equals 0. 0071xbody height+0. 013xbody weight-0. 1971.Conclusion Stevenson formula isn't suitable for calculating modren Chinese body surface area.
