摘要
“攀高”是近几年来我国高校在办学定位不准确的情况下出现的怪现象。大学办学定位是一个持续、不断发展、不断修正的过程,但在某一时段内,大学需要一个科学且相对稳定的定位。“标杆管理”为重新诠释大学办学定位提供了一种全新的视角,通过先“标杆”后“管理”的方法可以准确地找到大学在某一阶段的办学定位。标杆管理的精髓是“持续标杆”,它可以使大学办学定位持续改进。
Institution “updrifting” has become a particular phenomenon in Chinese higher education in recent years, at a time when many universities and colleges are in the course of reconstructing their identity and status. University identity is a continuous process of development and modification. A university is expected to have a scientific and relative stable identify during a given period. “Benchmarking” in tandem with “management” offer a new approach to reinterpreting the university identity. The essence this approach is “continuous benchmarking” for sustained improvement in forging the university identity.
