摘要
本研究用敏感的ＮＩＨ系无胸腺裸鼠为实验动物，用肾综合征出血热病毒，通过５种途径８种方式，进行了动物实验感染研究。结果表明：皮肤划痕途径感染率为８５．０％、呼吸道为７５．０％、直接接触为１５．０％，２只感染病毒的孕鼠，所产１２只仔鼠全部感染。
In this study,94 NIH athymic nude mice were used to be infected by the HFRS viruses,and 5 infection ways (8 methods) were compared.The indications of infection include symptom,body sign,the examination of HFRS virus antigen from brain and lung,and tissue culture of HFRS virus.The infection rate of various way was as follow:dermograph 85 0%;respiratory tract 75 0%;direct contact 15 0%;vertical transmission 100 0%(12 infant mice born from 2 infected mother mice all got infected);digestive tract 0 0(0/20).This research may be helpful to making proper control measures of the disease and further research of the infection way of HFRS virus.
