摘要
IEEE 802．20是一种最新的移动宽带无线接入技术,它是移动性与峰值速率之间的完美结合。基于IEEE 802．20的性能指标,分析了它在移动性、频谱效率、系统覆盖和系统架构等方面的优势,并着重讨论了该标准与其它无线宽带接入技术和移动通信技术之间的互补性与竞争性,最后介绍了其标准化的最新进展。
IEEE 802.20 is a new technology of mobile broadband wireless access, which can support high-speed access in high-speed mobile environment. This paper analyzes the characteristics of 802.20, based on the performance index, such as mobility, frequency utilization, cell range, .systcm architecture, and so on. Then, it discusses the cooperation and competition between 802.20 and other technologies such as broadband Wireless access technologies and mobile communication tsehnologies. Finally, it presents the new progress of the sLandardization.
