摘要
本文对硬膜外腔注射０．１２５％布比卡因加少量芬太尼进行分娩镇痛３０例观察和分析。结果表明：用药３～５分后产生镇痛效果，可维持２小时左右，其有效率９６．６％。该药对总产程、胎儿生物物理评分和新生儿Ａｐｇａｒ评分均无影响。
Thirty cases of epidurals injecting bupivacaini mixed with fentany for labor and delivery were studied. The results show: The analgesic result can be maintained for two hours or so, the cure rate is 96. 6%. This method has no effect on the course of labor,the fetis' biophysical mark, and the new born babyls Apgar-mark. Therefore, this way is safe and effective.
