循环流化床条件下贫煤掺烧高水分污泥的燃烧特性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 笔者着重对污泥泵送系统的设计、掺烧条件下燃烧特性、煤和污泥掺烧比例的确定以及掺烧条件下成灰特性、SO2,NOx排放特性等进行分析探讨。试验研究结果对于实际工程CFB锅炉的设计选型、污泥的掺烧方式、最佳掺烧比例的确定等具有重要设计参考价值。同时,CFB掺烧高水分污泥燃烧技术对于CFB锅炉应用领域的拓宽具有重要的环保和市场应用价值。 The designing of sludge pump, combustion characteristic in mixing condition , deciding of mixing proportion,the characteristic of ash and discharging characteristic of SO2 and NOx were emphatically introduced. The result has important referenced value to decide the designing and pattern selection of the CFB boiler in real project,the mixing manner and the best mixing proportion. Simultaneity,the CFB technology of meagre coal burning with high moisture sluge also has important environmental protecting and market application value for developing the appling area of CFB boiler.
