摘要
以L-天冬氨酸为原料,在磷酸催化下合成了聚天冬氨酸,采用红外光谱法、凝胶色谱法测定了聚天冬氨酸的结构和重均分子量。制浆应用试验表明,重均分子量15130的聚天冬氨酸加入量为0.4%时,水煤浆的浓度可达到70%,是一种高效水煤浆分散剂。
This article presents laboratory synthetic methods of thermal polymerization of L-aspartic acid with the use of catalyst .The nuclear magnetic resonance and molecular weight of polyaspartic acid are determined .The experimental results show that the concentration of coal water slurry made of polyaspartic acid whose molecular weight is 15130 and dosage is 0.4% can be 70% ,polyaspartic acid is a efficient dispersant of coal water slurry.
