摘要
将非接触式IC卡技术与单片机技术相结合,研究了一种新型的电能计量收费装置。该设计不仅实现了电费的预先收取,而且还实现了分时段计量用户的电能和电费,从而提高了电网的利用率,达到合理付费的目的。
Combine the non-contact IC card technology with MCU; invest a new kind of intelligent electric meter. The development can get electric fee beforehand, and then can measure user＇s electricity time-sharing, therefore it can improve electricity net＇ s utilization and get fee reasonable.
