摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用以ZORBAXSB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在220nm波长下对试样中的噁嗪草酮进行分离和定量分析。结果表明噁嗪草酮的线性相关系数为1.0000;标准偏差为0.14;变异系数为0.52%;平均回收率为99.9%。
A method for separation and determination of oxaziclomefone by HPLC with acetonitrile＋water as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 220nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.14, the coefficient of variation was 0.52%, the average recovery was 99.9%.
