摘要
发展了称为“时事分级识别”的新计数法,用于铁路轮轨接触力的循环计数。每1条循环载荷信息在读入软件时,就被分级和比较识别计数。方法考虑了载荷的多维多点偶合协调功能,可揭示材料的非线性循环变形特征,克服了现有方法无法处理大规模数据的困难。通过分析先锋号广-深线轮轨接触力-时间历程数据,验证了方法的有效性,并揭示出真实的线路载荷谱较常规谱复杂。
A so-called "concurrent grading and identifying method" is presented for counting the random cyclic contacting forces between railway wheels and tracks. Each group of cyclic load-time data are concurrently graded and identified at the time the data are read into the analysis software. Three considerations are implied. They are the multi-dimensional and multi-point concurrent components of forces with an effort of coupled operation, the possible non-linear material constitutive relation, and the amount of contacting force data more than the capacity of computer entirely reading. The feasibility and availability of the method have been indicated by an analysis of the random cyclic load-time data of Xianfeng high-speed trains on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway line. A more complex realistic load spectrum is observed from this analysis.
