摘要
利用Rayleigh法推导了高剪切均质机转子系统的临界转速(一阶固有频率)的解析解;并应用有限元法验证了一阶固有频率(临界转速)和振型,所得结果为此类转子的结构参数优化设计提供了依据.
The critical rotational speed, i. e., the first natural frequency, on the high-shear homogenizer rotator system was studied. Formulas to calculate the critical rotational speed were derived. The natural frequeneies were also tested with FEM by software ANSYS. The results obtained provide a basis for optimizing the structural parameters of rotator system of this kind.
