摘要
介绍了开放式数控系统的特征以及当前开发开放式数控系统的几种模式,建立了基于GT-SV-400运动控制卡和IPC机硬件开放结构,以Windows2000操作系统为软件平台,采用Visual C++6.0面向对象编程语言,以模块化设计方法设计了印刷线路板(PCB)数控钻铣床控制软件,从而提高了系统的开放性。
The character and general patterns adopted in designing open CNC system are introduced. Builds an opened hardware structure based on the motion control card and IPC of GT - SV - 400, and an opened software platform in Windows 2000, and adopted in the program language of object oriented technology - Visual C + + 6.0. design a control software for drilling and milling of Print - Circuit - Board (PCB) in modular design method.
