摘要
对影响带式输送机滚筒设计中的参数进行了探讨,根据提出的问题,结合实际生产需要,对滚筒进行了个性化的研究与设计,并对新型免胀套滚筒的结构和加工工艺进行了介绍和说明。经工业性实验表明:新型滚筒方案经济合理,具有良好的使用性能和实用价值。
Conducted research on the development parameters to work upon the drum design of belt conveyer, the actual production of the drum need a personalized research and design and the new form of drum structure and arts and crafts are introduced and explained according to the issues raised. Industrial experimental show that the programme of the new form of drum is reasonable economic with good performance and the use of practical valae.
