Simulation of Visual Feedback Control System of Steel Bar Splitter

摘要 简要介绍了视觉反馈分钢机系统的情况。针对棒材厂生产现场环境,提出用机器视觉的方法,动态跟踪棒材位置,自动分钢的系统方案。建立控制系统模型,用MATLAB/Simulink进行系统仿真。仿真结果验证了模型的合理性,并成功应用于现场设备。 This paper introduces Visual Feedback Control System of Steel Bar Splitter briefly. According to the environment of the product line of the rolling mill, a project is presented based on visual feedback. With the project, the movement of steel bars is tracked by video camera and steel bars are detached automatically by machine, The model of control system is established. Finally, a simulation with MATLAB/Simulink is given to show the feasibility of the system, and the system has been applied to product line successfully.
