摘要
目的:分析青光眼滤过手术后并发症的原因及其处理方法。方法:回顾分析我院2002年1月￣2005年1月行滤过性手术105例(105眼)患者,术后发生前房出血、虹膜睫状体炎、前房形成延迟、滤过泡不形成的原因及处理。随访1￣20个月,平均11个月。结果:105例中前房出血5例(4.76%)、虹膜睫状体炎8例(7.62%)、前房形成延迟或无前房25例(23.80%)、滤过泡不形成10例(9.52%)。采用止血、散瞳抗炎、加压包扎、糖皮质激素等治疗后均治愈。前房出血、虹膜睫状体炎全部吸收,前房、滤过泡形成。另外一些手术后并发症虽然本组没有发生,但仍提出讨论。结论:明确青光眼滤过术后并发症发生的种类及原因,采取积极的治疗措施,可避免出现严重后果。
To analyse the reasons and treatment of complications of post-filtration.Methods：Review the treatment and reasons of complications of post-filtration for 105 case （105 eyes）from 2002 Jan-2005 Jan, including hyphema,iridocyclitis,delayed formation of the anterior chamber,they were followed up frm 1 to 20 months with an average of l l months postoperatively.Results：Among 105 cases（105 eyes）received trabeculactomy,there were 5 cases of hyphema （4.76%）;8 cases of iridocyclitis （7.62%）;25 cases of delayed formation of the anterior chamber（23.8%）and 10 cases of filtration bleb（9.52%）.AU complications were recovered with the hemostasis ,mydriasis and antipholgistic ,enswathement and hormone.We also need to discuss other post-complications that have not been found in this study.Conclusion：To avoide serious results,We should take active treatments and understanding the causes and varieties of complications after trabeculectomy.
