摘要
目的探讨高校组织改革中促进人性化管理的问题。方法通过对比,借鉴国内外企业组织管理方面的经验。结果随着高校组织改革的深入发展,高校在体现人性化管理方面,仍有不尽如人意的方面。结论在组织设计和管理过程中,体现组织目标与职工内在需要的和谐统一,实现个人与正式组织的有机融合,深化竞争机制,达到高校组织的高效运行,至关重要。
Objective To discuss how to promote humanistic management in organizational reform of colleges. Methods The organizational and management experience at home and abroad were compared. Results Along with the reform development there are still some unnatural aspects in humanistic management in college organizational reform. Conclusion It is very important to embody harmonization and unification in organization design between the organizational aim and employees' internal need ; to realize individual and formal built-up of the organism blends, to deepen competitory mechanism and keep college organization circulating efficiently.
