摘要
为了精确检测交流伺服系统的速度控制特性,该文介绍了针对增量式光电编码器的常用数字测速方法以及基于TM S320F 2812的转速检测功能;在此基础上设计了一种基于DSP的M/T测速算法,论述了软硬件的实现方法,并对低速下影响检测精度的问题进行了分析。该方法充分利用了DSP的片内资源,对提高速度反馈精度,改善伺服控制系统的性能具有实际意义。
This paper introduces different methods of velocity detection using incremental encoder and the function of TMS320F2812 for velocity detection,and then analyses a method of M/T based on DSP,discusses the implementing path of the hardware and software. This paper also analyses and solves the imprecision under the effect of low speed. This method made full use of the resource of DSP and improved the detection accuracy,it can really enhance the performance of servo.
