局部晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗临床分析

摘要 宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一，手术与放疗是治疗宫颈癌的主要方法。但中晚期宫颈癌的治疗效迄今仍较差，长期存活率不超过40％，复发者的存活率则更低，不超过30％。我院自2000年5月～2003年12月开展对局部晚期宫颈癌实施同步放化疗（concurrent chemotherarpy and radiotherapy，CX2R），旨在提高宫颈癌的5年生存率。
