摘要
目的:观察大黄提取片(降脂1号片)对单纯性肥胖患者胰岛素敏感性的影响并探讨其机制。方法:符合1997年世界卫生组织肥胖诊断标准的27例单纯性肥胖患者。口服大黄提取片每次5片,每天3次,总疗程8周。测定治疗前后血糖、血脂和血浆胰岛素,及血清脂联素、瘦素和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果:服用大黄提取片后患者体重明显减轻,胰岛素抵抗指数降低,血清脂联素水平增加,瘦素和TNF-α水平下降。结论:大黄提取片治疗能减轻患者体重,增加血清脂联素,降低瘦素和TNF-α,改善机体胰岛素抵抗状况。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of Refined Rhubarb on improving insulin sensitivity. Methods:Twenty-seven obesity were recruited according to the Word Health Organiztion diagnosis criteria. Each patient was administrated with Refined Rhubarb 5 tablets rid for 8 weeks. Routln clinical assays, serum glucose, insulin and lipids were measured ,as well as serumadiponectin, leptin, and TNF-α. Results: Refined Rhubarb reduced the body weight , triglyceride, cholesterol, Elevated level of adiponectin , lowerd leptin and TNF-α in serum and improvedinsulin sensitiviy. Conclusion: Refined Rhubarb improve insulin sensitivity by the changes of some adipocytokines.
