摘要
通过对某水泥厂回转窑墩基产生水平裂缝事故的原因分析及处理，介绍折线法预应力在窑墩加固工程中应用的设计要点与施工方法，这种技术具有施工简单、快速、可靠等特点，使加固后的结构性能得到较大改善。
