摘要
介绍了一种以模块化设计为思路而研制的多功能弧焊电源,可以方便地实现PCB板的替换与维护。通过采用PWM脉宽调速送丝系统,在CO2焊时实现稳定送丝,降低了飞溅。TIG焊时的一次引弧成功率高。
A method of modularizing the design of multl-function welding machine with SCR is put forward in this paper. The machine has the advantage of making the replacement and maintenance of Printed Circuit Board. By using the system of regulating wire-feed speed by PWM in CO2 welding, the spatter is effectively reduced. And in TIG welding, the rate of are successful increased.
