摘要 通过对内燃机机油泵工作特性的分析,利用偏最小二乘回归法(PLSR)分析将内燃机机油泵工作特性数学模型由非线性关系式转化为内线性关系式,这既避免了数学模型信息的流失,又简化了数学模型回归系数的计算。通用特性试验的数据分析证明得到的内线性关系式是更优化的工作特性数学模型。 From the analysis of operating characteristics of an oil pump, the physical meanings of the principal components originating from partial least-squares regression (PLSR) analysis was explained, and an optimizing mathematical model of oil pump's operating characteristic was proposed. This mathematical model is converted from non-linear expression into internal linear expression, so it gains the advantage of less calculative parameter and more inclusive information. This conclusion could be proved by the analysis of the data acquired from oil pump's all-purpose performance test.
