摘要
综述了目前国内外在连续激光非晶化方面的研究和发展。在分析现有文献的基础上指出:连续激光非晶化时材料的临界冷速RLC大大高于常规法临界冷速Rc的现象归因于激光处理时同熔体成分相同的晶态基体的强烈外延生长和熔池中的非均匀成核。RLc除同材料成分有关外,还同材料原始成分均匀性和晶粒大小有很大关系。提出了连续激光非晶化进一步研究的方向。
This paper summarizes the research and development of CW laser glazing. The critical cooling rate of the materials during laser glazing RLc is much larger than that of the general rapid-cooling Rc.This phenomena is attributed to both the strong epitaxial growth from the crystalline matrix at the melt-pool bottom and the heterogeneous nucleation within the pool. In addition to the ingredients of the alloy itself, RLc is also strongly dependent on the original constituent homogeneity and grain fineness of the material. The further research direction of CW laser glazing is proposed.
