摘要
在机械制造中,当零件的设计基准与工艺基准不重合时,常采用工艺尺寸链的原理来确定工序尺寸,并通过保证工序尺寸来间接保证零件的设计尺寸要求,而生产实践中的工序尺寸超差很可能引起"假废品"现象。本文通过对实例的分析,剖析了产生"假废品"的原因,揭示了工艺尺寸链中尺寸之间的内在联系,尺寸公差之间的补偿规律。
In machine building,when the constructional reference is not coincident with the technological reference,the operation dimensions are often determined by applying principle of technological dimension chain.Requirencent of constructional dimention of product is ensured indirectly through ensurence of opera- tion dimension.But in production practice over-limit operation dimension maybe possible to resuelt in'artifi- cial reject product.'Through analysing practical example,this paper analyses causes producing'artificial reject product',reveals internal relation between dimensions in technological dimension chain,and compensation rules between dimension tolerences.
