摘要
研究了平武野生天麻(Gastronia elata)产区土壤类型、土壤肥力、土壤及天麻中微量元素组成特征。该区土壤以粗骨性壤土为主,为弱酸性条件,土壤的有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾、速效锌、速效锰、速效铜等含量较高,土壤肥力优良。土壤中重金属元素Hg、As、Pb、Cr含量符合土壤一级质量标准,Cd符合二级质量标准,综合指标优于中药材GAP生产要求的土壤二级质量标准,是发展中药材生产的良好基地。天麻对重金属元素汞有较强的富集作用,对铜、锌具较强的主动吸收作用。
This paper deals with soil types, soil fertility, and trace elements contents of soil and wild gastrodia elata in pingwu . The soil is mainly loam and weak acidity. The soil have a high contents of soil organic matter, total N, available P, available K, available Zn, available Mn and available Cu. Soil fertility is good. The contents of Hg, As, Pb, Cr in soil are accord with Ⅰ quality standards and Cd is accord with Ⅱ quality standards. The soil condition is better than Ⅱ quality standards that it is required by chinese herbal medicine GAP and is a good chinese herbal medicine base. Gastrodia elata have enrichment to Hg and activity assimilates to Cu and Zn.
