摘要
本文介绍相位细分式激光干涉仪中应用分光器的作用，导出平板作为偏振器件的琼斯矩阵，由此分析双平板分光器的特性及在光路中所起的作用以及对测量结果的影响。
In this paper, the function of beam splitters used in laser interferometers of phase subdivision model is introduced. The Jones matrix of plane glass plate as a polarizer is found. Then, foe character of double plate beam splitter, its function in optical path and the influence on measuring results are analyzed.
