摘要
目的探讨超声引导微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)治疗上尿路结石的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析78例采用超声引导MPCNL治疗的上尿路结石患者资料。结果78例均手术成功,结石清除率95%,平均手术时间88分钟,平均住院天数7天,无严重并发症发生。结论超声引导微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and availability of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） under ultra.sound guidance for treatment of calculus of upper urinary tract. Methods 78 patients were retrospectively investigated having calculus of upper urinary tract after treating with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy under ultrasound guidance.Results All the 78 cases were cured successfully, stone-free rate was 95%. The average operation time was 88 reunites ,the average hospitalization 7 days.No major complications were noted. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy under ultrasound guidance is effective and safe for treatment of calculus of upper urinary tract.
