根管充填后即刻行桩核预备对根管治疗预后的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨根管充填后即刻进行桩的根管预备与根尖周健康的关系。方法选择2001年6月—2003年8月在拱墅区第二人民医院口腔科行根管治疗和即刻桩核预备、金属烤瓷冠修复的135颗患牙为研究对象,观察术后疼痛程度并于2年后回访,评价疗效。结果术后24h内有9例患者有中度疼痛。有96例103件瓷熔附金属全冠回访。回访的患牙经根尖片观察,无1例出现根尖周阴影,2例出现根尖周牙周膜增宽。结论采用根管充填后即刻进行桩的根管预备和合适的冠部修复是可行的。
