摘要
目的探讨数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)和栓塞术在口腔颌面部血管瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法对9例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者行DSA检查,选择供血动脉栓塞,然后再行手术治疗。结果DSA可清晰显示血管瘤的供血动脉、病变区域以及回流静脉,栓塞后再行手术治疗,术中出血明显减少,病变切除彻底,术后随访3个月～2年无复发。结论DSA及栓塞技术可对血管瘤的手术治疗提供便利。
Objective To study the feasibility of digital subtraction angiography（DSA） and embolization in treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods DSA and embolization were used in 9 cases with hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial regions before operation. Results The feeding arteries, affected areas and collecting veins could be clearly shown under DSA, and the bleeding decreased obviously in operation. No recurrence was observed in the follow-up from 3 months to 2 years. Conclusion The utihzation of DSA and embolization has important clinical values.
