介绍新民市SIDD的建设与管理试点情况,指出运行过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
The antiele introduced the situation of SIDD construction and management of experiment site in Xinmin, pointed out the problems on the process of its execution and propounded the corresponding measures.
