摘要
目的:建立六味热可解颗粒中连翘苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定连翘苷的含量。色谱柱D iamonsil C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(26∶74),流速1/m in;检测波长230 nm。结果:线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=2.59%。结论:HPLC法测定六味热可解颗粒中连翘苷含量的方法简便、快速、精密度高、分离度良好,可用于六味热可解颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of Phillyrin content in Liuweirekejie granules. Methods: The system consisted of Diamonsil C18 column;acetonitrile-water mixture (26: 74) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 230nm. Result: There was a good linear correlation. The average recovery rate was 99.9% ,with RSD of 2.59%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and could be used for the quality control of the production.
