摘要
目的:探讨微创曲张静脉旋切术的手术配合方法。方法:对46例患者共70条肢体在大隐静脉高位结扎及剥脱的基础上,应用微创旋切术切除下肢曲张的静脉。结果:46例患者术后平均住院5d,术后静脉曲张消失,无1例发生伤口感染,无明显疤痕。结论:加强手术配合,术后密切观察病情是手术成功的重要保证。
Objective ： To explore nursing care in the miniincision rotation resection of great saphenous vein. Methods ： Miniincision rotation resection was applied to 70 lower extremities of 46 patients to remove the residual varicose vein on the basis of high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein, Results ： The duration of the hospitalization of 46 patients was 5 days on average, The varicose vein disappeared without any wound infection and apparent scar postoperatively. Conclusion： The good cooperation of nursing care in the operation and having patients under attentive observation are very important to ensure the operation successful.
