摘要
在新一轮的农村产业结构调整中,农村人力资源的开发具有十分重要的意义,但目前我国农村人力资源的状况与农业产业结构调整的要求还有一定的差距。所以,我们应采取各种切实可行的措施,加快农村人力资源开发,以促进农业产业结构的调整。
During the new adjustment of agricultural industry structure, the development of rural human resources has vital significance. But, at present, there are certain gap between the condition of rural human resource in our country and the requirement of adjustment of agricultural industry structure. Therefore, to promote the adjustment of agricultural industry structure, should take all sorts of feasible measures to speed up the development of rural human resource.
