摘要
目的:探讨胃镜下注射肾上腺素对消化性溃疡出血的治疗效果。方法:选自2002年10月￣2005年9月因呕血和(或)黑便入院,经紧急内镜检查确诊为消化性溃疡出血患者17例,胃镜下注射肾上腺素。结果:17例患者经注射后止血成功,止血成功率高。结论:胃镜注射止血治疗简单有效,临床上值得选用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of endoscopic Adrenalin in the patients with actively bleeding peptic ulcers. Methods From October 2002 to September 2005, 17 patients with haematemesis and/or hematochezia diagnosed as peptic ulcer bleeding by immediate endoscopy received endoscopic Adrenalin. Results Hemostasis was attempted by injection with polidocannol in 17 patients,and the haemostalic suaess rate was high. Conclusion Endoscopic injection therapy is an effective measure and should be regarded as the fist choice in the treatment.
