摘要
目的:提高对极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)和超低出生体重儿(ELBWI)并发症的认识。方法:对161例极低出生体重儿和超低出生体重儿并发症类型及死亡原因进行分析。结果:161例极低出生体重儿和超低出生体重儿均有一种或多种并发症。其中低体温、呼吸暂停、酸碱失衡最常见。随出生体重的增加,其并发症的发生率明显降低。死亡原因主要为颅内出血、RDS和感染。结论:加强对VLBWI和ELBWI生命体征的监护、防止院内感染、尽早发现并发症并妥善处理,降低VLBWI和ELBWI的死亡率,尽可能改善预后。
Objective To study and analyze the complications of VLBWI （very low birth weight infant） and ELBWI（extremely low birth weight infant） with the view of achieving a better understanding of such eases. Methods The complications and the causes of the death of the 161 VLBWI and ELBWI eases were analyzed. Results All of the eases had one or more complications. The low temperature was the most common occurrences. The incidence of complications has dropped considerably with the increasing of their birth weight. The chief causes of the death were intracranial hemorrhage, RDS and infection. Conclusion In order to decrease the mortality and improve their prognosis we should watch them more carefully, prevent them from infection in hospital, find and deal with the trouble as soon as possible.
