摘要
目的:观察幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与3种常见慢性胃炎(慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性糜烂性胃炎、胆汁反流性胃炎)的关系。方法:273例通过胃镜检查确诊为慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性糜烂性胃炎以及反流胃炎的患者,并用胃活检组织尿素酶试验检测幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况。结果:慢性浅表性胃炎124例,HP阳性67例,阳性率为54.0%;慢性糜烂性胃炎96例,HP阳性89例,阳性率92.7%,胆汁反流性胃炎53例,HP阳性15例,阳性率34.0%。3组间HP阳性率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:这3种常见慢性胃炎与HP感染存在着显著性差异。
Objective： To explore the relationship of Helicobacter pylori（HP） infection with the three chronic gastritises,such as chronic superficial gastritis, chronic erosive gastritis and bile reflux gastritis. Methods：Two hundred and seventy three patients diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis, chronic erosive gastritis or bile reflux gastritis by gastroscope were selected for the study. HP infection was hinted by their stomach biopsy through the urease test. Rusults. In the 273 patients, 124 were diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis, including 67 infected by HP （54.0%）; 96 patients were diagnosed as chronic erosive gastritis, including 89 infected by HP （92.7%）; 53 patients were diagnosed as bile reflux gastritis, including 15 infected by HP （30.4%）. The comparison of HP＇s positive ratio had statistical significance（P〈0. 01）between the groups. Conclusion：There was significant difference between the three common gastritis and the infection of HP.
