摘要
阐述了冠心病患者生活质量的测量方法,探讨了西方生活质量量表汉化翻译后的应用问题,以及生活质量测量在中医药治疗冠心病领域的应用,提出应加快体现中医学特点的通用生活质量(QOL)量表的研究和开发,以期疗效评价体系在与国际规范接轨的同时有利于中医药疗效评定为国际上所接受。
This article described the measurements of quality of life （QOL） in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）, and discussed the application problems of the western QOL scale which was translated into Chinese, and the use of QOL scale in CHD treated with Chinese medicine. It is proposed that accelerating the study and exploring on QOL scale fit with the features of TCM will benefit Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system to meet the international norms and to be accepted worldwide.
