摘要
目的:探讨复方丹参合剂对高脂血症大鼠血脂和骨的影响。方法:将27只SD大鼠随机分成普通饲料组、脂肪乳剂组和复方丹参合剂组,每组9只。普通饲料组予普通饲料及生理盐水处理,脂肪乳剂组予普通饮食加脂肪乳剂灌胃,复方丹参合剂组予脂肪乳剂和复方丹参合剂灌胃,连续20周,实验结束后取血和胫骨检测。结果:脂肪乳剂灌胃使大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)水平升高和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)下降(P<0.01),胫骨上段骨小梁面积百分数(%Tb.Ar)、数量(Tb.N)、厚度(Tb.Th)明显下降(P<0.01),骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)增加(P<0.01),骨量显著丢失,荧光标记减弱,骨形成减少;而复方丹参合剂可使HDL-c含量增加(P<0.01),%Tb.Ar、Tb.N、Tb.Th增加,Tb.Sp减少(P<0.01),骨形成增加(P<0.05)。结论:长期脂肪乳剂灌胃建立的高脂血症大鼠有明显的骨质疏松,复方丹参合剂有升高HDL-c和预防高脂血症骨质疏松的作用。
Objective: To assess the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound on serum lipid and bone of hypedipidemia rats. Methods: Twenty-seven SD rats were randomly assigned to receive normal saline (NS group), Intralipid (HDF group) or Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound SC group once a day for 20 weeks, with 9 rats each group. At the experimental endpoint, serum lipid level was measured, and bonehistomorphometric analysis of shinhone was performed in undeealeified sections. Results: Compared with NS group, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoproteins-c (LDL-c) in HDF group were higher (P〈 0.01 ), and high density lipoproteins (HDL) was lower (P〈 0.01), and bonehistomorphometrie parameters test showed bone mass significantly reduced in HDF group (P〈0.01). Compared with HDF group, hone mass remarkably increased (P〈0.01), with serum HDL increased in SC group (P〈0.01). Conclusions: Osteoporosis may occur in hyperlipidemia rat model by long term of intragastfie administration of Intralipid. Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound ean effectively increase serum HDL and prevent hyperlipemia osteoporesis.
