摘要
用精馏-降膜结晶耦合工艺分离人造麝香DDHI。考察了降膜结晶过程中冷却剂的温度、发汗过程中发汗的升温方式对产品的影响,结果表明,在回流比为4,冷却剂的温度为88℃,发汗采用逐步升温,发汗方式采用第3或第4种(每0.5h升温2~3℃)时,可得到质量分数大于99.5%的DDHI,单程收率可达到55%以上。与使用精馏工艺相比较,总能耗下降了34.7%。
Experimental study on the distillation-crystallization hybrid separation processes was carried out through using binary system of DDHI-DIPP as feedstock. The influences of various process parameters including the coolant temperature and the pattern of raising temperature on the crystallization were discussed. The results showed that when the reflux ratio of distillation was 4, the coolant temperature was 88℃ and raising temperature 2-3℃ per half hour in the sweating the total yield of DDHI could be up to 55%, and the purity of DDHI was over 99.5 %. This new process reduced energy cost by 34.7 %.
