摘要
将SAPO-11沸石经离子交换、挤条成型、浸渍、焙烧等一系列处理后制成Pt/SAPO-11催化剂,并通过程序升温脱附(TPD)、红外光谱(IR)等表征方法研究了离子交换、反应条件对Pt/SAPO-11催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明,在对SAPO-11分子筛进行适当的铵交换后引入铂,可以提高催化剂的活性和选择性。在PH2=14.5MPa、H2/油摩尔比700∶1、WHSV=1.35h-1和适宜的温度条件下,应用Pt/PZSM-8与Pt/SAPO-11催化剂均可使>370℃润滑油凝点降至-15℃、粘度指数高于115。尤其应用Pt/SAPO-11催化剂产物油总液收率较高,基本在90%左右。
The effects of SAPO molecular sieve on the catalyst activity and lube oil quality were investigated by temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) techniques. The results show that suitable ammonium exchange may increase the activity and selectivity of the catalyst. Under the reaction conditions of a suitabletemperature, 14.5 MPa pressure, 1.35h^-1 space velocity, and the H2/oil molar ratio 700, the Pt/SAPO-11 catalysts can improve the quality of the above 370℃ lube oil by reducing the freezingpoint to - 15℃ and raising the viscosity index above 115. The yield of the liquid product obtained by the Pt/ SAPO-11 catalysts is usually about 90%.
