摘要
目的:评价两种治疗绝经后子宫脱垂手术方法及效果。方法:本组病例92人,其中75人行阴式全宫切除+阴道前后壁修补术,18人行阴道闭合术,对两种手术的手术时间、术中出血量和术后恢复排气时间、术后随访2年。结果:手术时间、术中出血量及术后排气时间阴宫组分别是(150±35)分钟,223±98ml,(51±9)小时;阴道闭合组分别是(80±20)分钟,84±14ml,(25±5)小时,统计学检验有明显差异。随访二年有一例阴式子宫切除术后1年内复发需再次手术,其余效果良好。结论:虽然阴式子宫切除术式更为复杂,但对于恢复盆腔脏器功能方面优于阴道闭锁术。
Objective： To evaluate two operation to treathg menooause women with pelvic organ （pop）.prolapse Menthods Ninety-three women diagnosed with menopause uterine prolapse, cystocele and rectocele.Seventy-five of all cases operated by colphsterectomy and colporrhaphia auterior-posterion, anther eighteen cases operated by colpocleisis.two group operation time.operation bleeding and intestine function recovery time were compared Results： Two group results were respectively 150 ± 35 （80 ± 20） min.223 ± 98 （84± 14） ml and 51 ± 9 （25 ± 5） h, P 〈0.05. All cases were follow-up period of 2 years.The re-operation was performed with 1 year after the primary operation for 75 patients.Anther group were no re-operation case.Conclusion：Although colphsterectomy is more difficult than colpocleisis.ln other words, it is better in recovery pelvic organ function
