摘要
目的探讨外伤性颈内动脉床突上段假性动脉瘤的临床表现及诊断治疗。方法结合2例报告回顾分析。结果本病早期因缺乏特异的临床表现而难以诊断,迟发性鼻衄及颅神经缺失症状是本病的典型表现,脑血管造影可确诊,可采用手术和血管内介入治疗。结论颅脑损伤后出现迟发性鼻衄及颅神经缺失症状时应考虑到本病。
Objective To discuss the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of traumatic pseudo- aneurysm of the supraclinoid carotid artery. Methods Analyse the 2 cases treated in our department retrospectively. Results Being lack of specific clinical manifestations, this kind of aneurysm is difficult to be detected in early stage. The typical manifestations is rhinorrhagia and deficient symptom of craniabnerve. We can make a definite diagnosis by cerebral angiography and cure it through operation or interventional vascular therapy. Conclusion When delayed rhinorrhagia and deficient symptom of craniabnerve occurred in the patients who suffered from cranial-cerebral trauma, the doctors should take this kind of disease into account.
