摘要
目的：评价Ｒａｓｈｋｉｎｄ法对封堵动脉导管未闭的治疗效果。材料与方法：自１９９４年７月至１９９５年９月采用Ｒａｓｈｋｉｎｄ双伞法封堵动脉导管未闭（ＰＤＡ）共１８例。其中男６例，女１２例。年龄范围６～４３岁。动脉导管内径３～８ｍｍ，其中包括１例ＰＤＡ结扎术后１０年再通者。结果：技术成功率１００％，随诊３～１７个月未见残余分流及再通发生。结论：Ｒａｓｈｋｉｎｄ法是一种有效的非手术治疗ＰＤＡ的新方法，无并发症，无死亡。
Purpose:ToevaluatetheeficiencyofRashkindmethodfortreatingpatentductusarteriosus(PDA).Materialsandmethods:EighteenpatientswithPDAweretreatedbyRashkindmethod(double-discdevice)duringtheperiodfromJuly,1994toSeptember,1995inourhospital.Amongthe18cases,therewere6maleand12female,withmeanageof27.9years(rangingfrom6to43years).Thenarowestdiameteroftheductusrangedfrom3to8mm.Results:Theproceduresucesratewas100%,includingonecasewithreopeningPDAafter10yearsofsurgery.Folow-upstudyincludedclinicalexaminationandechocardiography.The24hoursfolow-upstudyrevealedmildresidualshuntbyechowithmildsystolicmurmurinonepatient.The3～17monthsfolow-upstudyrevealednoresidualshuntinalsuccessfulcasesandnoevidenceofreopeningPDAwasnoted.Conclusion:TheRashkindmethod(double-discdevice)isanonsurgicalefectivemethodintreatmentofPDAwithoutmorbidityormortality.
