摘要
利用Ｚｎ２＋在交流示波图上有敏锐切口，用ＥＤＴＡ滴定，以Ｚｎ２＋的切口消失指示终点，直接简便，快速地测定了甘草锌及其制剂中的锌的含量。原料药及胶囊剂回收率分别为９９．７０％和９９．３４％。
This paper developed a new titration method for the determination of zinc in zinc glycyrrhizate.The end point of this method was indicated by the change in the oscillopolarogram of zinc,The established method was simple and rapid compared with the official one and was successfully employed to the determinzation of zinc in zinc glycyrrhizate and its capsule preparation.
