MARKER ASSISTED SELECTION IN ANIMAL BREEDING PROGRAMS

摘要 本文综述了标记辅助选择(M arker assisted selection,MAS)的原理和影响因素。理论与计算机模拟研究表明MAS比常规表型选择更有效,但在实际育种中还存在许多问题。有关遗传行为状态的不确定、缺失的标记基因型、来自QTL信息的错误、近亲交配、多基因选择反应的损失等方面的进一步研究,将有助于洞察MAS的最佳应用问题。
