摘要
在知识经济时代,由于管理对象的变化和企业组织的革新,人力资源管理在管理理念、管理模式等方面面临巨大挑战。情感管理是应对挑战的一种现实选择,是知识经济时代重要的人力资源管理方式。本文界定和分析了情感管理的具体内涵及知识经济时代人力资源管理面临的挑战,并对目前我国企业运用情感管理应当注意的问题进行了探讨。
In this era of knowledge-based economy, human resources management is facing tremendous challenges in both ideology and mode of management, and emotional management, as an important form of human resources management, is a partial answer. This paper lists the challenges to human resources management, and discusses the skills of emotional management. Besides, it answers several questions related to the use of emotional management skills in our enterprises.
