摘要
《〈水浒〉公案论》从公案角度研究《水浒》既符合小说本身内容的特点,又对宋代罗烨公案之见沉寂千载之后发扬光大,别有会心,独具特色。公案题材小说的审美特征对于小说审美价值的形成具有十分重要的意义,从公案角度研究《水浒》具有一定的现实意义。
Studying the Novel of the Book of Water Margin from the aspect of the involved legal matter domestic only conform to the characteristic of the content of the novel, but also has the view about the involved legal Matter of Luo Ye who lived in Song Dynasty carried forward after the quiet for thousands of years. For this it seems more understanding and characteristic. The esthetic characteristic of the novel which are formed by the theme of the involved legal matter has the extremely vital significance regarding the esthetic value formation of mouels. Studying Book of Water Margin from the aspect of the involved legal Matter also has some certain practical significance.
