摘要
为提高天津市海河闸水文站的水文测报工作效率和水平,提出并建立了海河闸数字水文站水文监测监控系统。该系统由水位自动测报、闸位自动监测、流量自动监测、气象多参数自动测报、视频监视监控和中心控制6个子系统组成,运行一年多来,各子系统的运行状况正常,通过比测分析,各水文仪器测验精度满足测验规范的要求,为今后天津市水文站网的数字化建设提供了经验。
In order to improve the working efficiency and level of hydrological survey and forecast of Tianjin Hal River Gate hydrological station, the hydrological survey and control system of Hal River Gate digital hydrological station was founded .The system is constituted of six subsystems, i.e automatic subsystem for water level measuring and reporting, automatic subsystem for gate monitoring, automatic subsystem for flow monitoring, automatic subsystem for meteorological multi-parameters measuring and reporting, video monitoring subsystem and central control subsystem. During more than one-year operation, every subsystem performes normally. Through contrasting analysis, it is shown that the measurement precision of every hydrological apparatus meets the demand of hydrological measurement criterion. The system provides valuable cxperience for the subsequent digital construction of Tianjin hydrological station net.
