绿宝石喜林芋叶片培养及植株再生 被引量:6

摘要 结果表明:诱导绿宝石喜林芋叶片产生愈伤组织频率最高的培养基是MS+BA0.05mg/L+2,4-Dl.0mg/L。最适于愈伤组织分化的基本培养基是N_6;3mg/L的BA、ZT和KJ均能诱导愈伤组织产生不定芽,其中以BA为好;CH对愈伤组织的分化有促进作用。N_6+BA7mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L对不定芽的增殖效果较好,30d可增殖9.4倍。1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L诱导生根效果好。试管苗移栽的成活率高达98%以上。 Leaf of Philodendron erubescens was induced for plantlet regeneration on MS,H, N6or KC medium. Experimental results demonstrated that the medium MS+ BA0.5mg/L+2,4-Dl.0mg/L gave the highest frequency of leaf callus inducing and that the optimum medium forcallus differentiation was N6.Leaf calli couldbe induced to produce adventitious buds by all thecytokinins BA,ZT and KT of which BA was best effective. Callus differentiation was encour-aged by CH at 500mg/L. N6 + BA7.0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L was found good for proliferation ofadventitious buds, the muItiplication rate being 9.5 times in 30 days.1/2 MS + IBA0. 5mg/Lwas favourable for rooting. The transplanted plantlets had a survival rate as high as 98%.
