摘要
长春花（Ｖｉｎｃａｒｏｓｃａ）感染橡胶丛枝病原后，叶片的生理参数发生变化：（１）蛋白质、氨基酸、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量下降；（２）光合速率下降、呼吸速率上升；（３）脯氨酸含量下降。纤维素酶活性上升；（４）过氧化物酶活性下降。同工酶谱发生变化；（５）相对透性增加；（６）蛋白质凝胶电泳谱带发生变化，其中染色最深的一个主要谱带，推测是催化ＣＯ＿２固定的二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶（ＲｕＢｐｃａｓｅ）蛋白带，随病情加重而明显减弱。
An experiment was conducted to investigate the physiological parameters in leaves ofVinca tosea infected with witches’ broom pathogens of Hevea brasiliensis. Results found that:l)reduced contents of proteins,free amino acids,chlorophyll and carotenoids,2) a decreased rateof photosynthesis and an increased rate of respiration,3) a declined content of proline acid andan increased activity of cellulase,4) a reduced activity of peroxidase and changed zymograms ofisozymes,5)an enhanced relative permeability,6) a change in protein patterns of polyacry-lamide gel electrOphoresis,of the patterns the most heavily and widely stained band was postulat-ed to be proteins of RuBpcase and found remarkably lightly stained with an aggravation of the dis- ease.
